Overview

I (Rajat Bakshi) built the Wobble Pole app as an ad-supported app. The app is provided by me at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information for further use of Wobble Pole app.

By choosing to continue using Wobble Pole app, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information collected by the app is used for providing and improving the in-app services and features. This information will not be shared with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

To use Wobble Pole app's in-built online leaderboard service, the app may access your Device ID (Android version). The Device ID information requested will not be collected and will be retained on your device, only being used to generate a hash-encrypted unique identifier to identify your leaderboard entry. In addition, it is required from the user to input a display name of three or more characters in order to use the online leaderboard service. Upon fulfilling such requirement, the display name, as well as the user's maximum achieved in-game score will be displayed on the online leaderboard.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

Wobble Pole app (Web Browser version) may use cookies to store Player statistics and preferences. The app may also use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. If you choose to refuse cookies of Wobble Pole app, you may not be able to use some or all of the app's features.

Log Data

Upon your agreement to this Privacy Policy and further use of Wobble Pole app, if the app is deemed to be unstable in its intended functions by means of bugs or crashes, Wobble Pole app will collect data and information (through third party services) on your device, known as Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app, the time and date of your use of Wobble Pole app, and other statistics.

Service Providers

I may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

To facilitate in-app services of Wobble Pole;
To provide such services on my behalf;
To perform in-app service-related services; or
To assist me in collecting analytics on a user's use of in-app services.

Such third parties may access your Personal Information in order to fulfill their tasks that I have assigned to them. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

Wobble Pole app uses third party services that may collect information used to identify you. The Google AdMob service is an in-app third party service, utilized as a monitization method to support the Wobble Pole project. It displays personalized ads to the user in between gameplay sessions. The Microsoft Azure PlayFab service is used as an in-app third party service to host online leaderboard data. Crash/bug reports will be collected by Unity, a third party in-app service.

Wobble Pole app strives to use commercially acceptable means of protecting your Personal Information. However, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable. Thus, its absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Therefore, I strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites.
